« Hot Chilli Relish »

A hot, sweet chilli condiment made with red chillies and red peppers.

Hot Chilli Relish was awarded a coveted gold star in the Great Taste Awards 2010, organised by the The Guild of Fine Foods. The judging panel deemed Hot Chilli Relish as having a "good colour and flavour" and "not too hot."

 

Ingredients:

Water, Sugar, Glucose Syrup, White Wine Vinegar, Red Peppers (7%), Jalapeno Red Chillies (3%), Scotch Bonnet Chillies (1%), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.
