Chilli and Coriander Tuna »

For 4 servings

Per serving: 639kcals, 20.4g fat, 4.6g saturated fat

Ingredients: 

450g fresh tuna, cut into cubes
3tbsp English Provender Lime and Coriander Salad Dressing
½ tsp Very Lazy Red Chillies
1 tsp sesame oil
4 nests of egg noodles
2 tbsp vegetable oil
I head broccoli, cut into small florets
1 tbsp soy sauce

Method: 

Gently coat the tuna with the English Provender Lime and Coriander Dressing, Very Lazy Red Chillies and sesame oil and leave to marinate for an hour.

Cook the noodles as directed on the packet and drain.

Heat the oil and stir fry the broccoli for 2 minutes then add the tuna and sear on all sides. Stir in the noodles with any remaining marinade, add the soy sauce and heat through.

Serve with salad leaves.
