« Green Salad with Apple, Pinenuts and French Dressing »

For 4 servings

Per serving: 158kcals, 11.1g fat, 0.8g sat fat

Ingredients:

1 x 150g bag of mixed green leaves
150g sugarsnap peas, sliced
½ punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
2 green apples, sliced
4 tablespoons pinenuts, toasted
4 tbsp The English Provender Co Classic French Dressing

Method:

Mix green leaves, sugarsnap peas, cherry tomatoes and apple in a salad bowl. 

Toss with English Provender Classic French Dressing and sprinkle with toasted pinenuts. 

Shavings of parmesan cheese could also be added, if liked.
